Job summary

Thomson Reuters Special Services (TRSS) is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build and support data pipelines, integrating structured and unstructured data for internal and client-focused solutions. You will work with product development, software engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver data-driven results in a fast-paced, security-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Several years of data engineering experience.
• Experience leading implementations for government clients.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; RESTful services.
• Experience with relational and document-oriented databases.
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and support data pipelines and workflows for internal and external datasets.
• Collaborate with product development, data science, and software engineering teams.
• Support customer deployments and provide implementation support at client locations.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and automation of processes where possible.
• Interpret client requirements and deliver custom data integration solutions.
• Assist leadership with technical insights and customer infrastructure considerations.
