Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Data Analytics or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Hands on with Microsoft Azure data services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse).
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Python or similar language; mentoring or guiding other analysts/engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cloud-based data pipelines from multiple sources.
• Manage and optimize data warehouse and data lake environments.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Automate recurring data feeds and file deliveries.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and deliver data solutions.
• Monitor pipeline performance and optimize queries for speed.
• Uphold data quality, documentation, and regulatory standards.
• Identify data issues, determine root causes, and implement fixes.
• Explore AI/automation opportunities for reporting and workflows.
• Mentor junior analysts and engineers, prioritizing team workload.
