The candidate will work across the full data lifecycle and collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to develop data solutions in a hybrid Fort Worth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Data Engineering experience.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• Experience with data warehouses, modeling, and BI/Reporting.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support enterprise-scale data engineering and ETL solutions.
• Work extensively with SQL and relational databases, including data modeling, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, PySpark, and related technologies.
• Develop and support data warehouses, data models, and data integration solutions.
• Work with cloud-based data platforms including Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, and Azure Blob Storage.
• Transform and prepare data for analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.
• Develop and support BI/reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and/or Cognos.
• Participate in CI/CD and DevOps processes using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub.
• Work with batch and streaming data pipelines as required.
• Collaborate with engineers, technical analysts, product owners, project managers, business teams, and other stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot production issues, improve existing applications, and support ongoing data platform enhancements.
• Follow data engineering best practices around development, testing, deployment, performance, and security.
• Contribute to technical standards and best practices while working effectively within a collaborative team.
