Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Supply Chain Solutions Analyst to lead data mining and analytics, uncover opportunities to improve margins, reduce costs, and deliver innovative logistics solutions. You will collaborate across functions to collect, analyze, and present high-impact projects to stakeholders.

You will develop metrics, build tools, and manage projects from concept through execution, working with teams in engineering, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience or logistics internships.
• Experience in managing, executing, and implementing project workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; solid skills in Access and PowerPoint; Tableau and OptiLogic a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; comfortable presenting analyses.

Responsibilities

• Compile supply chain data and build operational tools to drive network optimizations.
• Research best-in-class supply chain practices and apply them to customer solutions.
• Develop and evaluate KPIs to balance cost, service, and network performance with stakeholders.
• Coordinate warehouse, transportation, and supply chain consulting projects from concept to execution.
• Partner with Business Development, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Present tailored supply chain solutions and performance improvements to leaders and clients.
• Support modeling projects using specialized tools like LogicTools and i2.
