Select Custom Solutions, based in La Crosse, WI, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across the supply chain. You will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, develop performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights to improve planning, logistics, and operations.

The role offers onsite or hybrid work arrangements, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8 am–5 pm, and opportunities for professional growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics required.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• APICS/ASCM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to costs, productivity, demand, and forecasting to drive informed decision‑making.
• Develop, maintain KPI dashboards and scorecards to measure supply chain performance.
• Analyze forecasts and demand data to inform resource planning and ensure fulfillment levels.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and operations to align supply chain capabilities with business needs.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities in raw material pricing and supplier spend.
