Job summary

Watts is seeking a Pricing Analyst to lead data-driven pricing and reporting for a large product portfolio at its North Andover, MA office. You will build and optimize reporting from MRP data to reveal trends, communicate insights, and drive pricing actions.

Collaboration across functions is essential to forecast, price, and incentivize performance. The role requires 5+ years of pricing experience, ERP proficiency (QAD/SAP), and strong data management with Excel and PowerBI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years pricing experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (QAD/SAP) and Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical and data management skills essential.
• Excellent communication, both written and oral, across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop data reporting structures from MRP information to interrogate metrics.
• Create clear reporting for key pricing and performance metrics.
• Benchmark pricing using external comparables and market data.
• Analyze pricing and promotional initiatives impact on sales, margins, and profitability.
• Lead multi-organizational reviews to identify root causes and action plans for underperforming trends.
• Collaborate across Watts to implement data-driven pricing and incentive initiatives.
