Job summary

BD is seeking a Global Pricing Manager to advance Waters Biosciences’ pricing capabilities through process excellence, data enablement, and technology-driven innovation. You will partner with Global Pricing, Commercial, Finance, IT, and divisional leaders to design scalable pricing processes, data analytics, and governance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in pricing or related fields, with strong Excel, SQL, Python, and PowerBI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in pricing, commercial ops, data analytics or related fields.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, PowerBI experience preferred.
• Comfortable using Codex/Claude Code for productivity gains.
• Strong pricing strategy, operations and cross-functional transformation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design, standardize, and optimize global pricing processes, governance, and controls.
• Own pricing data ecosystem with quality, consistency, and accessible data.
• Lead data models, pipelines, and reporting solutions for pricing analytics.
• Drive pricing transformation initiatives across systems, data, and processes.
• Mentor team members and align stakeholders across regions and divisions.
