Job summary

The Milken Institute seeks an Associate to support its Business and Program Development team in Santa Monica or New York City. You will handle data entry, Salesforce tasks, and document drafting, reporting to the Associate Director.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail‑oriented, with 1–2 years of data entry experience and strong Microsoft Office skills. Experience with Salesforce is a plus; hybrid schedule applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of data entry experience required.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Ability to validate and organize data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Add, update, and maintain account data in Salesforce on schedule.
• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure integrity.
• Maintain Salesforce reports and update as needed.
• Draft and support creation of business letters and contracts.
• Assist with day-to-day system operations and data requests.
• Collaborate across departments to hit milestones.
• Update internal process documentation as workflows evolve.
• Other duties as assigned.
