Job summary

The Milken Institute is seeking an Associate to support its Business and Program Development team in the Santa Monica or New York City office. The role focuses on data entry in Salesforce, quality control, and creating donor-facing documents.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of data entry experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus. This is a hybrid position with some travel to support events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one to two years of relevant data entry experience.
• Ability to validate and organize data in an accurate manner.
• Proactive, highly organized, detail oriented and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Add, update, and maintain account data in Salesforce accurately and on schedule.
• Perform regular quality control checks to validate system data integrity.
• Maintain Salesforce reports, making updates as needed to ensure data accuracy.
• Draft and support the creation of business letters and contracts for donor and sponsor-facing materials.
• Support day-to-day system operations and ad hoc data management requests within the department.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure timely execution of milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain and update internal process documentation as workflows evolve.
