Parts Town is seeking a Business Analyst (Data Detectives) to partner with leadership, delivering actionable insights that improve top and bottom-line results. You will specialize in data modeling, analysis, and business intelligence, guiding decisions with evidence and strategic recommendations.

You will automate BI solutions, build self-serve reports, and collaborate across teams to maximize growth, profitability, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in an analytical data role or a BS/BA in business, finance, statistics, CS, information systems, or related fields.
• 1+ years leveraging BI tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud) to retrieve, visualize and interpret data.
• Strong storytelling with visualization and ability to present insights to business partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate insights to leadership to drive growth and profitability.
• Automate and improve BI solutions to replace manual processes and speed up insights.
• Analyze large, disparate data sets to identify opportunities and drive decisions.
• Develop self-serve reporting capabilities for key metrics using BI tools.
• Partner with decision makers to maximize growth and optimize customer profitability.
