Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to shepherd complex data center programs nationwide. You will lead scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders through all design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of related experience, a Bachelor’s in engineering or construction management, PMP certification within 12 months, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing design and/or construction projects.
• PMP (PMI) certification within 12 months of hire.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data center projects for major U.S. clients.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk across all phases.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor and lead project teams; ensure client satisfaction.
