Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Manager, Data Center Operations to lead geographically distributed engineering teams across data centers, handling provisioning, decommissioning, remediation, and operations. You will collaborate with project teams, customers, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and financial performance.

This role requires 25–50% travel across US locations and a strong background in data center lifecycle management, program management, and vendor governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline is required.
• PMP certification is advantageous.
• Advanced experience leading multi-discipline engineering teams in mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage geographically distributed engineering teams for data center provisioning, decommissioning, remediation, migration and operational support.
• Drive project delivery ensuring scope, schedule, quality, safety and operational objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day performance, resource planning, and service delivery to meet commitments and targets.
• Manage vendor/subcontractor performance, including contract compliance and cost control.
• Provide leadership during incidents and escalations and implement corrective actions.
