Job summary

ManpowerGroup client seeks a Construction Integration Manager 5 in Goodyear, AZ (Phoenix area). Hybrid (4 days onsite). Pay range is $86.25–$92.89 hourly. Lead production and integration efforts to ensure safe, on-schedule delivery of critical infrastructure.

Requires 10+ years in construction/integration leadership, strong data center knowledge, and vendor/ project management experience. Benefits available after waiting period.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of construction/integration leadership experience.
• Strong data center infrastructure and technical knowledge.
• Integration program/ project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production and operating workers for safe, on-schedule delivery.
• Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, quality, or efficiency.
• Review operations and confer with staff to resolve production or processing problems.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems; analyze production and maintenance to address issues.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff; set and monitor product standards; maintain production records.
