Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Construction Integration Manager 3 for a Phoenix/Goodyear, AZ project focused on data center facilities. You will lead QA/QC, enforce quality plans, and supervise staff across design and construction activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction project management, architecture, engineering, quality management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience on data center projects or equivalent in a similar industry.
• At least 3 years of QA/QC experience in construction or related environments.
• At least 5 years of construction project management experience.
• At least 5 years of strong communication skills in professional settings.
• Proficiency in BIM, Bluebeam, and construction management software tools.
• Proficiency with data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
• Meticulous attention to specs, standards, and installation compliance for auditing certifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to a injury-free environment and mentor others.
• Review QMP, QA/QC procedures, and test plans for alignment with project requirements.
• Oversee and counsel staff to ensure auditing against quality specs.
• Lead quality awareness initiatives to improve project outcomes.
• Attend design and construction meetings, including OAC and quality meetings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across construction, quality, commissioning, procurement, design, and operations.
• Identify quality issues and implement modifications to maintain budget and schedule.
• Facilitate decision-making to drive quality solutions and manage changes.
• Execute project quality audits and report audit results and trends.
• Support QA/QC data entry and weekly logs; track items through closure.
• Continuously improve QA/QC procedures for region-wide changes.
