Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of business/data analysis experience.
• Proven SQL and data analysis capabilities with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Protect compliance and minimize financial exposure by detecting and resolving processing errors with rigor.
• Monitor and resolve daily error feeds, updating stakeholders on progress.
• Coordinate with upstream/downstream teams to implement fixes and prevention measures.
• Draft technical specs with field definitions, validations, and cross-field rules.
• Author test plans and document results; maintain system knowledge base.
• Leverage SQL to access, analyze, and validate data across sources; ensure data quality.
• Deliver reliable support by managing requests, guiding stakeholders, and improving self-service resources.
• Drive automation and AI-assisted triage where appropriate.
