Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience required.
• Prior insurance experience, or closely related field, strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and problem solving abilities.
• Proficient in English written and verbal communication; strong technical aptitude.
• Intermediate experience with SQL, dimensional modeling, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develops moderately complex data analytics solutions for quality, processes, or strategic initiatives.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify analytics requirements.
• Creates detailed documentation and business plans for stakeholders.
• Acts as a liaison between IT and underwriting for data solutions.
• Partners with business leaders to identify challenges and drive improvements.
• Implements data integration strategies across data marts and warehouses to enhance reporting.
• Continuously improves data platforms, dashboards, and reports to meet business needs.
