Qualifications

Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must live within a commutable distance to Atlanta.
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, presentation and collaborative skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Fabric, PowerBI, Tableau, and MS Office tools.
Experience with data engineering and developing data solutions including data pipelines.
Experience delivering analytics across multiple business functions.
Experience working in a Scaled Agile operating model.

Responsibilities

Lead efforts to gather and analyze large data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
Serve as SME on data pipelines and help design future state data processes.
Interpret data to address business issues and inform decisions.
Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to define information requirements.
Create and standardize reports for organization-wide use.
Develop QA processes to improve speed and accuracy of insights.
Mentor junior analysts and provide coaching.
