Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking an Analytics and Insights Manager in the Atlanta area. You will lead data gathering, analysis, and visualization efforts to support operational and strategic decisions across internal functions.

Hybrid work arrangement allows remote work part of the week while collaborating with IT and business partners. The role requires strong data, visualization, and governance skills, plus experience with Microsoft Fabric, PowerBI, Tableau, and Scaled Agile practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
6 years’ experience in a related field
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, PowerBI, Tableau, and MS Office tools
Experience with engineering and developing data solutions: aggregating, cleaning, and analyzing large data sets
Experience mentoring more junior analysts
Experience delivering analytics in a Scaled Agile environment

Responsibilities

Lead efforts to gather and analyze large amounts of data and translate findings into actionable insights
Serve as SME on data pipeline processes and contribute to future-state design using new technology
Lead interpretation of data to address business issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish metrics and dashboards
Develop reports and visuals for executive presentations
Provide coaching to other data analysts
Ensure data reporting complies with governance and standards
