You will work in a hybrid setting, with in-office days три a week and remote collaboration. The program emphasizes learning, soft-skill development, and real-world data projects in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business, IT, CS, or related field.
• Background in data analytics or related field.
• Experience with Snowflake or SQL databases is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data analysis and reporting using ServiceNow, UC4 and Snowflake.
• Collaborate to gather and understand data requirements.
• Help prioritize work based on data findings.
• Document workflow processes and project progress.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and discuss data improvements.
• Lead Change Advisory Board Meetings weekly (pCAB, dCAB).
