Job summary

Great American Insurance Group is seeking an IT Intern for the Summer 2027 within the P&C IT Services unit in Cincinnati. You will work with Guidewire BillingCenter managers, developers, and analysts on production support and project work, while exploring AI and automation opportunities.

You will also map ThoughtSpot BI Tool data, perform Rally backlog analysis, create Power Automate flows, and participate in SharePoint analysis and documentation updates.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in IT, IS, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.25 with 2028 graduation preferred.
• Comfort with data analysis concepts and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in BillingCenter production support and project work.
• Collaborate on AI initiatives and automation solutions.
• Map/analyze ThoughtSpot BI Tool data and Rally backlog.
• Develop Power Automate flows for production support.
• Analyze SharePoint and maintain documentation updates.
• Engage with leaders during the Summer Intern Program.
