Job summary

Great American Insurance Group’s Enterprise Billing & Collections team is seeking a Summer IT intern for 2027. You will work closely with BillingCenter managers, developers, and analysts on production support and AI initiatives, and assist in Power BI mapping, backlog analysis, PowerAutomate, SharePoint, and documentation updates.

The role requires in-office presence at least three days a week, and pursuing a degree in IT/IS/Data Analytics or related fields with a minimum 3.25 GPA.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis techniques is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Campus involvement and leadership experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in BillingCenter application production support and project initiatives.
• Collaborate with team to design and implement AI/agentic automation solutions.
• Attend team meetings and interact with company leaders during the Summer Intern Program.
