Leidos is seeking a highly analytical and curious Data Analyst who is passionate about turning data into actionable business insights. This hybrid role is 50% onsite in Fort Worth, TX and 50% remote; the candidate must live within commutable distance to the office.

You will extract, clean, and transform data, write SQL queries, develop Python-based workflows, perform EDA, apply statistical methods and ML, and translate findings into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders to drive

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data.
• Develop Python-based data analysis workflows for data exploration, modeling, and reporting.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) including univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analyses.
• Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.
• Utilize AI and machine learning tools to identify trends and insights.
• Build and evaluate ML models (regression, classification, clustering, decision trees).
• Investigate data anomalies and determine root causes.
• Translate findings into clear presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop understanding of business goals and partner with leaders on data-driven decisions.
