Leidos is seeking an Investigative Data Analyst to support decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and presenting complex information to reveal trends, risks, and operational insights.

The role is hybrid: 50% onsite in Fort Worth, TX, and 50% remote. It begins as a part-time position with expectation to move to full-time in January 2027, serving leadership with executive summaries, dashboards, and OSINT-informed investigations.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience analyzing large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, gaps, and insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).
• Demonstrated expertise using Power BI for dashboards and interactive reports.
• Experience with databases, government information systems, or enterprise data repositories.
• Knowledge of OSINT methodologies and publicly available sources.
• Strong technical writing to produce executive summaries and briefing materials.
• Experience conducting quality assurance reviews and compliance audits.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate across organizational levels and manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated integrity and sound judgment with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, anomalies, risks, and integrity concerns.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, charts, and visuals using Excel, Power BI, and related tools.
• Conduct research using government databases, internal systems, and OSINT sources to support investigations.
• Prepare executive summaries, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Perform QA reviews and audits to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Identify emerging trends and vulnerabilities by linking data from multiple sources.
• Translate technical analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Independently manage projects, set priorities, and deliver high-quality work.
