Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Investigative Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting complex information to identify trends, risks, and operational insights.

The role is hybrid, 50% onsite in Fort Worth, TX and 50% remote, with a plan to move from part-time to full-time in January 2027. The candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets and developing meaningful visualizations for executive audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience analyzing large datasets to identify trends, risks, and insights
• Advanced Excel skills: pivots, formulas, data modeling
• Proven ability to develop dashboards and interactive reports with Power BI
• Experience with databases, government systems, or enterprise data repositories
• Familiarity with OSINT methods and public information sources
• Strong technical writing for executive summaries and reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to collaborate across multiple organizational levels and manage projects independently

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and integrity concerns
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel and Power BI
• Conduct research using government databases, internal systems, and OSINT resources
• Prepare executive summaries and briefing materials for senior leadership
• Perform quality assurance reviews of work products and processes
• Identify emerging trends and vulnerabilities across data sources
• Translate analyses into actionable recommendations for diverse audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
• Independently manage assigned projects and timelines
• Exercise judgment with sensitive information and escalate as needed
• Support process improvement to enhance data quality and efficiency
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of restricted information
