Job summary

Dorman Products is seeking a Data Analyst to join our analytics team at the Colmar, PA HQ with the option to work remotely on Fridays. You will build dashboards, forecasting models, and reporting materials for leadership, while partnering with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing.

The role requires 2–5 years of analytics experience, strong data visualization skills, and comfort with Qlik Sense, Python, and SAP BO reporting. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-5 years of analytics, data reporting, or engineering/quality support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, and Excel automation.
• Experience building dashboards in Qlik Sense or similar BI tools.
• Familiarity with SAP BO/JOB reporting or willingness to learn.
• Experience with warranty, returns, QI metrics, or engineering process data (Preferred).
• Experience extracting and integrating data via APIs, including Zapier (Preferred).
• Experience supporting analytics developers and IT partners (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards and Excel reporting to deliver KPIs.
• Develop forecasting and predictive analytics models using Python.
• Create executive-ready data visualizations for leadership.
• Analyze warranty, returns, and engineering data for trends.
• Automate data pipelines with Power Query, Power Pivot, SQL as needed.
• Redesign legacy reports to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into specs.
• Apply statistical methods to assess quality and performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing on data practices.
