Haymarket’s Medical Communication Group is seeking a Data Analyst, Client Reporting and Insights in New York, NY on a hybrid schedule. The role delivers client-facing reports and insights for custom digital programs, transitioning reporting in-house with automation goals.

You will collaborate with BI/development teams, build dashboards, and help evolve offerings based on client needs and technology. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in data roles, strong SQL/Python skills, and experience with

Formación

• BS/MS in related field.
• Ideally 3 years in a data role: analytics (business or product).
• Advanced Google Sheets / Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
• Experience creating/managing reports/dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Knowledge of Google BigQuery and Google Analytics.
• End-to-end data experience: querying, formatting, aggregation, analysis.
• Ability to combine diverse data formats into a single view.
• Strong QA, attention to detail, and collaboration/communication.

Responsabilidades

• Produce formatted weekly/monthly client reports per specifications.
• Collaborate with BI/Dev teams to add data points to reports.
• Maintain SOPs across business units with the Client Insights team.
• Identify workflow automation opportunities.
• Define requirements to automate reports and steps.
• Collect/analyze data from multiple sources to provide insights.
• Develop reporting insights aligned with client KPIs.
• Utilize dashboards to deliver actionable data for marketing/sales.
