Job summary

Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Practice Leader for Dams & Hydraulic Structures, preferably based in Chattanooga, TN. The successful candidate will lead technical projects, mentor staff, and develop business strategies within the region. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in consulting are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in the consulting industry.
• Knowledge of water resources and dams practice in the region.
• Registered as a Professional Engineer and NCEES Record for PE comity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development within the dams and hydraulic structures practice.
• Mentor technical staff and oversee engineering assessments.
• Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for spillway evaluations.
