Job summary

Horizon Organic is seeking a hands-on Business Systems Analyst – Dairy USDA Grant Process to support, enhance, and oversee technology solutions used to manage dairy grants and farm relationships. You will translate business requirements into practical technical solutions, configure low‑code apps, manage integrations, and oversee custom software development with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in business systems analysis, low‑code platforms, or related technical role.
• Hands‑on configuring, customizing, or developing with Airtable, Jotform, Quickbase, ArcGIS.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, data models, and user stories.
• Configure, customize, enhance, and support low‑code applications and integrations.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations among grant‑management applications and enterprise systems.
• Oversee custom development by internal teams, contractors, and vendors; review designs and plans.
• Provide day‑to‑day production support, incident resolution, and knowledge transfer.
