Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Digital Farm Management team. You will partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver solutions that improve processes and support critical applications and data integrations across agricultural operations.

You will gather requirements, analyze business processes, and coordinate with various teams to implement enhancements and ensure successful testing and deployment.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of Business Systems Analysis including requirements gathering, business process analysis, and application support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology solutions.
• Support and maintain assigned business applications.
• Manage small enhancements and development efforts.
• Support system integration teams and data integrations.
• Develop and execute functional testing and user acceptance testing.
• Manage application changes through production deployment.
• Track and resolve system issues, requests, and enhancements.
• Assist with business case development including cost-benefit and risk analysis.
• Provide end-user training and application support.
