Job summary

Sia’s Cybersecurity & AI Trust team is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead multi-faceted engagements within our global consulting practice. You will work across strategy, risk, compliance, operations, data protection, offensive security, resilience and training for clients worldwide.

You’ll hold a cybersecurity degree with 3+ years in consulting or security services, plus knowledge of ISO/NIST/NYDFS standards; certifications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a Cybersecurity degree or a related field from an accredited college/university; minimum 3 years with a consulting firm or cybersecurity solutions provider.
• Mastery of security standards and reference systems (ISO 270xx, NIST, NYDFS, FFIEC, etc.).
• Experience on at least two of the firm's listed offerings; strong communication, critical thinking, writing and presentation skills.
• General knowledge of IP networks, operating systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), applications, and cryptography; blockchain knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain industry cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP and others).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end projects or sub-projects within complex/international engagements with proactive reporting to managers and clients.
• Contribute to business development through design of commercial proposals and identifying new opportunities and clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as a reference point on project follow-ups, deliverable validation, and skill development of consultants.
• Oversee project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and staff development in both soft and technical skills.
