Job summary

Sia’s Cybersecurity & AI Trust team is seeking a skilled cybersecurity professional to lead end-to-end engagements, build client relationships, and mentor consultants.

You will work on strategy, risk, compliance, data protection, and training across global projects, with opportunities to contribute to thought leadership and internal programs. Hybrid office model with in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a Cybersecurity degree or a related field from an accredited college/university, you have at least 3 years of experience with a consulting firm or a Cybersecurity solutions/service provider/integrator.
• Master some Cybersecurity standards, norms and/or reference systems of the market, notably ISO 270xx, NIST, NYDFS, FFIEC, etc.
• Active participation in successful projects with knowledge of at least two of the 8 offerings listed above.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, writing and presentation skills.
• General knowledge of IP networks, operating systems (Unix/Linux, Windows and/or MacOs), Cloud (AWS, Azure and/or GCP), applications (Web Server, DB, Middleware, etc.) as well as cryptography; blockchain knowledge a plus.
• Familiar with major market solutions and technologies: Endpoint Security, VPN, VSX, Proxy/Reverse Proxy, EDR, IAM, MDM, DLP, CASB, Office 365 Security, etc.
• Holds or is willing to obtain cybersecurity certifications; an internal Cyber Training program is available for high-potential profiles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end projects or sub-projects within complex/international projects with regular reporting to Manager and Client.
• Contribute to business development by designing and developing proposals and identifying new opportunities.
• Manage client relationships across engagements and build strong client-side contacts who view you as an expert.
• Oversee consultants within projects or internal initiatives, guiding project follow-ups, deliverable validation, and skills development.
• Contribute to internal firm development through Cybersecurity initiatives, Learning & Development, and external publications.
