Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering infrastructure, security, or regulatory remediation initiatives in Financial Services
• Strong change management, release governance, and risk controls
• Experience coordinating releases across multiple teams, vendors, and time zones
• Excellent organizational skills managing concurrent releases
• Strong communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of cybersecurity remediation initiatives including network segmentation controls
• Plan, coordinate, and govern releases across multiple workstreams
• Align releases with program milestones, regulatory commitments, and dependencies
• Manage release calendars and resolve conflicts across environments
• Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment phases for releases
• Ensure artefacts are complete, audit-ready, and in scope for compliance
• Provide visibility into upcoming releases, risks, and go/no-go decisions
• Act as a central coordination point between security, infrastructure, and project teams
• Support planning and execution for complex infrastructure and security changes
• Communicate with stakeholders before/during/after releases
