Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks an experienced Release Manager to govern cybersecurity remediation releases in a regulated financial services setting. The role coordinates planning, build, test, and deployment across multiple teams and vendors with emphasis on audit-ready artifacts and regulatory alignment.

The ideal candidate has strong change-management skills, release governance expertise, and proven ability to manage concurrent releases across time zones, ensuring secure production deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering infrastructure, security, or regulatory remediation initiatives in Financial Services or similarly regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of change management, release governance, and risk controls.
• Experience coordinating releases across multiple teams, vendors, and time zones.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent releases.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and execute integrated release plans across multiple cybersecurity workstreams and delivery teams.
• Coordinate release activities spanning planning, build, test, validation, and deployment phases.
• Ensure releases are aligned with program milestones, regulatory commitments, and dependency constraints.
• Partner with technology Change Management to ensure all releases comply with internal change control, approval, and audit requirements.
• Identify, assess, and manage release-related risks, including environment readiness, dependency misalignment, and rollback considerations.
• Ensure release artifacts are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
• Act as a central coordination point between Security Engineers, Infrastructure & app teams, and project resources.
• Manage communications to stakeholders before, during, and after releases to ensure transparency and alignment.
