Job summary

NKSFB, LLC, the nation’s leading business management firm, seeks a Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our security infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments. You will monitor threats, perform risk assessments, and drive incident response in collaboration with IT staff.

Responsibilities include managing security tools (M365, AD, Entra), conducting vulnerability scans (Nessus), and ensuring SOC 2/CCPA/CPRA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years IT experience with at least 3 years in information security.
• Experience creating and maintaining security architectures and controls.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, CCPA/CPRA compliance is a plus.
• Certifications such as CySA+, CCSP or CEH are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Monitor, assess, and enhance security posture; respond to incidents.
• Perform vulnerability scans and drive remediation.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure policy compliance (SOC 2, CCPA/CPRA).
• Develop security awareness and training programs for staff.
