Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or related field required.
• At least 3 years in information security roles with incident response experience.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, CIS benchmarks, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Second tier escalation point for information security incidents and triage.
• Proactive monitoring of networks, access controls, and security controls.
• Perform daily system admin tasks on security systems to ensure availability.
• Develop and refine log aggregation and SIEM correlation for first response.
• Conduct phishing campaigns and assist security awareness training.
• Support vulnerability management by coordinating remediation with teams.
• Maintain security documentation including data flows and network topologies.
• Monitor antivirus alerts and mail flow on email security gateways.
• Manage internal, external, and virtual firewall environments.
• Participate in security-related organizational projects and change control.
• Assist with security reviews of software vendors and third-party audits.
