Job summary

The Wills Group, Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to lead the planning, design, and implementation of the organization’s cybersecurity program and security architecture.

This role is the primary technical security resource responsible for advancing cybersecurity maturity across the enterprise. You will independently drive security initiatives involving governance, risk, and compliance, vulnerability remediation, security monitoring, and incident response coordination, balancing risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in information security, cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years IT experience in infrastructure, security, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise cybersecurity initiatives and coordinating vulnerability management, monitoring, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise security solutions and control frameworks across cloud, endpoint, identity, network, and infrastructure.
• Develop security standards, baselines, architectural recommendations, and best practices for enterprise systems.
• Drive security maturity improvements through tools, processes, monitoring capabilities, and operational controls.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
