Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in CIS/related field and at least 3 years in cybersecurity or system administration. CISSP/SSCP/CISA or similar certifications are preferred to strengthen the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or system administration required.
• Certifications such as CISSP, SSCP, CISA or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Security Reviews: Regular reviews of system and application security controls and health of endpoint protections.
• Continuous Monitoring and Incident Response: Monitor alerts, logs, and threat intel; perform initial and mid-level incident response.
• Patch and Vulnerability Management: Install/validate patches; prioritize remediation based on risk and exposure.
• Audit and Compliance: Assist with audits; prepare documentation and evidence.
