Saxton & Stump is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents in a hybrid role based out of Lancaster, PA. You will support the firm’s information security program, work with the Director of Information Technology, and help protect confidential client data.

The role emphasizes vulnerability assessments, security monitoring, and incident response, with collaboration across IT and business teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
• Proven experience as a cybersecurity analyst.
• Knowledge of network security principles, incident response, and forensic analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze security events, logs, and incidents to identify threats.
• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans.
• Maintain and monitor security systems (firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus).
• Develop and update incident response plans and procedures.
• Investigate incidents, perform forensic analysis, and contain risks.
• Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends and best practices.
• Provide guidance on security matters to internal teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security controls.
