Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience required.
• Experience evaluating IT architectures for RMF and DHS policy.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Advise DHS program managers on planning and executing IT systems engineering activities.
• Support diverse programs from new software development to integration of existing systems.
• Evaluate IT solutions for alignment with RMF and DHS policies.
• Develop strategic technical recommendations and risk-management strategies.
• Create program plans with requirements, roadmaps, and transition strategies.
• Lead cyber activities such as exercises and assessments with DHS Headquarters liaison.
• Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
