Job summary

ASRaymond is seeking a Customer Service & Materials Rep to support both customer-facing operations and material procurement activities in a hybrid role. The position serves as a liaison between customers, suppliers, sales, operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure a top-notch customer experience while maintaining material availability.

The role splits roughly 50/50 between customer service duties such as order management and VOC initiatives, and materials coordination including

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in customer service, materials coordination, purchasing, or related function.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and inquiries.
• Manage orders, pricing requests, and service issues.
• Strengthen customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Support sales, operations, engineering, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Coordinate order status, inventory, and shipments.
• Provide VOC feedback to drive process improvements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and open PO tracking.
• Assist with special projects and duties as needed.
