Job summary

ASRaymond is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support solicitations, proposals and contracts, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and maintaining contract records. You will serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries on orders, quotes and deliveries, review contracts, and input data into the ERP system to support sales and operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), two years in customer service, strong communication skills,

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
Minimum of two years in customer service or related role, preferably in distribution.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to handle contracts and inquiries.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, quotes and deliveries.
Review contracts and customer requirements; draft communications for internal/external customers.
Disseminate terms, pricing and instructions following written procedures; ensure compliance.
Input data (orders, RFQ, pricing, status) into ERP and maintain accuracy.
Coordinate with Sales and Operations to support new opportunities and expedites.
