Associated Wholesale Grocers, Inc. (AWG) seeks a Customer Service Assistant III to provide exceptional support to our membership, handling orders, ads, and prebooks in a hybrid role from Kansas City, KS.

You will manage calls and emails, ensure member satisfaction, and coordinate with buyers to resolve issues promptly. The position requires a high school diploma and at least 6 months of customer service experience, with Microsoft Office proficiency and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple calls and emails from members daily with excellent service.
• Meet or exceed retail member needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist buyers in communicating with members to resolve opportunities.
• Adjust orders and SSO reports per store/buyer requests.
• Create handbills for emergency ad products as needed.
• Communicate proactively with buyers on opportunities affecting service levels.
