Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a dedicated portfolio of Food Solutions accounts, fostering strong relationships.
• Proactively manage the customer experience, resolve complaints and operational issues using CRM data.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing satisfaction.
• Assist the Customer Experience Supervisor with escalations and complex issues.
• Oversee order lifecycle, ensure accurate entry, timely delivery and changes based on inventory.
