Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of inbound calls from subscribers.
• Actively listen, provide supportive responses and address customers’ needs.
• Recommend products and services that align with customers’ needs.
• Protect customer information by adhering to all Federal and State regulations (i.e., CPNI, PCI and HIPAA).
• Manage multiple applications and update electronic records and provide accurate documentation.
