Job summary

RTX in the United States is seeking an experienced Customer Account Manager (CAM). You will serve as the transactional main point of contact for your customer and manage day-to-day communications, purchase orders, and inquiries to meet expectations.

You will represent customer needs within the business and monitor satisfaction through timely processing of requests. This role is hybrid, with 2–3 days on site as business needs determine, and requires ERP experience (SAP) and strong MS Office

Qualifications

• University degree or advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact with your customer and manage communication.
• Coordinate with Operations and Contracts Analyst to meet expectations.
• Resolve client issues and build strong customer relationships.
• Improve customer experience by following issues through to resolution.
• Handle requests professionally and in a timely manner.
• Collect information on interactions to support future needs.
• Provide ongoing status updates and backlog communications.
