Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience with US settlement processes and DTCC/Fed knowledge.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with external vendors and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end clearing and settlement for securities and cash transfers.
• Coordinate with front office, clients, brokers, and IT vendors.
• Oversee pre-matching, confirmations, funding, and settlement monitoring.
• Handle post-settlement activities including breaks, dividends, and corporate actions.
• Investigate position holdings and transfer paperwork with transfer agents.
