Qualifications

• Interest in volunteering and program management.
• Experience or interest in event planning.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with problem-solving and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of IMA Foundation activities.
• Match gifts for donations.
• Assist in organizing IMA Foundation events (e.g., Party on the Plaza).
• Support CSR/Foundation team and market leadership to build partnerships with community organizations.
• Assist in rolling out the new IMA Foundation signature program TBD.
• Demonstrate independent critical thinking to complete tasks with minimal instruction.
• Gain exposure to CSR strategies and corporate foundation operations.
• Represent the team at community and board meetings to learn CSR best practices.
