Job summary

IMA Financial Group in Denver offers a 2027 summer internship with the Client Experience team focusing on CSR and the IMA Foundation. You will engage in programs, partnerships, and department projects with real-world impact for clients and associates.

The program runs 10 weeks, with cohorts beginning June 1 or June 15, offering 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. Preference is for students nearing graduation in Spring 2027, December 2027, or Spring 2028.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in CSR, communications or general business.
• Interest in volunteering, program management and event planning.
• Graduating Spring 2027, December 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Previous work or internship experience in a professional services or similar environment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with problem-solving and creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of IMA Foundation activities.
• Support CSR/Foundation team and market leadership to identify and build partnerships with key community organizations.
• Assist in the roll-out of the new IMA Foundation signature program TBD.
• Exercise independent critical thinking to complete tasks with minimal instruction, determining appropriate next steps and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Gain exposure to core CSR strategies and operations of a corporate foundation.
• Represent the team at community and board meetings, building foundational knowledge of CSR and Foundation best practices.
