Job summary

DuPont is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Midland, MI team in a hybrid role. You will own order management from entry to delivery and coordinate with sales, logistics and finance to ensure timely, accurate service for key accounts.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, is proficient in SAP or another ERP, and skilled in Microsoft Office; Salesforce.com experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Hybrid Role: 4 days in office; 1 day remote.
• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience.
• Proficiency in SAP or another ERP system.
• MS Office proficiency including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint.
• SalesForce.com experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own order management process from entry to delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues timely.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics and finance for order fulfillment.
• Interface with internal and external partners to exceed expectations.
• Maintain customer documentation and manuals as needed.
