Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a CSCO Co-Op in the United States to support Customer Support Services, Reverse Distribution, Revenue Reconciliation and Systems Operations, using data-driven insights to boost efficiency, reduce costs and improve outcomes.

You will collaborate with commercial, logistics and customer service teams, lead LEAN/Six Sigma projects, develop dashboards in Excel/Power BI, and participate in events with other Co-Ops.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BA/BS in supply chain, engineering, IT, business, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, formulas, macros).
• Familiar with SAP and data visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Previous co-op or internship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify cost-saving opportunities using Lean/Six Sigma in pharmaceutical processes.
• Manage relationships with customers and internal partners; develop supply chain initiatives.
• Generate reports and dashboards with Excel and Power BI.
• Collaborate on business process improvements aligned with 2026 strategy.
• Lead meetings and support local team activities.
